Terms and Conditions
The short version: Reczzz is provided as-is, your recordings are your responsibility, and you should not rely on the app for medical, emergency, legal, or safety-critical use.

No medical, emergency, or safety-critical use
Reczzz is an informational consumer app. It is not a medical device, not medical advice, not a diagnostic service, not an emergency tool, and not suitable for safety-critical, legal, or health-critical decisions. Do not rely on Reczzz to detect every sound, preserve every recording, or identify every cause of disturbed sleep.
Your recordings and your legal responsibilities
You are responsible for what you record, store, import, export, or share through the app. You are also responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, consent requirements, and third-party rights that may apply to audio recording, especially if other people can be heard in a recording.
Exports, shares, imports, and third-party services
If you choose to export, share, back up, import, or open content through another app, file provider, browser, cloud service, or operating system feature, that activity may be handled by third parties outside our control. We are not responsible for the availability, security, privacy practices, or performance of those third-party services or destinations.
No warranty
Reczzz is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every device, or that any recording, analysis, label, spike marker, enhancement, or denoise result will be complete, accurate, or preserved.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, recordings, business, goodwill, use, or profits arising out of or related to your use of Reczzz. If the law does not allow complete exclusion, our liability will be limited to the minimum amount the law allows.
Indemnity and misuse
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Reczzz developers, operators, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising out of your recordings, your use or misuse of the app, your exports or shares, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
Availability and updates
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any part of Reczzz at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms are made available means you accept the updated terms.
